Marine plywood is a high-specification structural panel engineered to perform in the most demanding wet and humid environments. Unlike standard plywood, marine grade is manufactured using waterproof adhesive throughout and constructed from carefully selected, void-free core veneers — meaning no gaps or weak spots that could trap moisture, delaminate, or compromise structural integrity over time.
Each sheet is built from multiple cross-laminated hardwood veneers, bonded under high pressure with a fully waterproof WBP (weather and boil proof) phenolic adhesive. The result is an exceptionally strong, stable, and consistent panel that resists swelling, warping, and delamination even with prolonged exposure to water and humidity.
